Independent technical consulting
Three domains most consultants
keep separate. One practice that
moves fluidly across all of them.
ELE Consulting is a solo technical practice working at the intersection of industrial control systems, cloud architecture, and AI-enabled tooling — for organizations where those three things need to talk to each other.
What the practice covers
Three domains, one signal path
Industrial Automation
SCADA systems, PLC integration, and edge-to-cloud telemetry.
Cloud Architecture
Infrastructure design and migration across regulated and high-scale environments.
AI-Enabled Tooling
Applied LLM systems — retrieval, agents, and natural-language interfaces to real data.
Recent work
Shipped, not theoretical
Athena
A natural-language SQL agent that lets non-technical staff in regulated healthcare settings query data directly, without writing queries or waiting on a data team.
Terracarta
Discovers infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP and generates Terraform from what it finds — collapsing the gap between the wiki, the console, and the bill.
Ignition pgvector Module
A first-of-kind Ignition module that exposes vector similarity search as a native scripting namespace inside the SCADA platform itself.
About
A solution provider, by design
ELE Consulting is built around a background that spans industrial automation and SCADA (Ignition, OPC-UA, MQTT/Sparkplug B), software engineering (.NET/C#, Python), and cloud architecture (Azure-primary, AWS secondary) — with AI-enabled tooling layered across all three. That range is deliberate: the hardest problems in this space sit at the boundary between operational technology and modern software, and most consultants only live on one side of that line.
That work has included industrial control systems for landfill emissions monitoring and alcohol-monitoring device networks, cloud migrations for laboratory and biotech data systems, and a healthcare billing platform migration — alongside a U.S. patent from computer-vision work on automated seed dispensing.
Currently pursuing an M.S. in Cloud Architecture at Purdue Global, and based in the Anderson / Lapel, Indiana area.

Have a system that needs to talk to itself?
If your problem sits between operational hardware, the cloud, and whatever AI is supposed to do next — that's the practice's whole reason for existing.
